Delivery & Installation Options
We have kept things simple with our delivery and/or installation options and these are detailed below.
Delivery will be in manufacturers vehicle, or one of our designated carriers and will be to kerbside delivery only. No unloading, placing or installation costs have been allowed for.
Delivery will be in our own vehicle and the delivery will be with one or more personnel (as appropriate to the job) who will be expected to unload the vehicle and place the goods in the customers desired location. Our personnel will be also be expected to conduct unpacking, assembly and installation to the satisfaction of the customer. Finer details of the delivery will be confirmed with the customer prior to delivery. A day and time for delivery will be specified in all cases (times are subject to traffic delays etc). This option is PRICE ON APPLICATION, please contact us for a quotation.

Damaged and Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged then any repairs will be sent at the suppliers discretion. This would typically involve sending out replacement parts rather than a whole new product. For all products which were delivered damaged, please email within 5 days of receiving the item with detailed images of any damage to the product.
Unwanted Products Without a Fault
As all our products are bespoke and delivered directly from the supplier, we unfortunately cannot offer any returns or replacements unless they are damaged on arrival. Please ensure that the items you order are correct before ordering.
