What’s the story?
Lupin Pharmaceuticals had decided to relocate from the North of England to Slough to enable the teams from India and Switzerland to have closer proximity to Heathrow Airport. The relocation to the stunning Urban Building with its great Ground Floor Café provided a great opportunity to refresh and reinforce the companies strong credentials via a clever use of space design by our friends at OWD and use of furniture to provide clever yet unobtrusive division without excessively building walls.
What we delivered
Lupin Pharmaceuticals said…
Overall we are delighted with our building and love the outcome.
People make a business and you’ve got great people your end. I’ve worked with many build/design teams over the years for mainly bigger projects and I have to say I have found this recent project to be the most positive experience.
From the very beginning when you carried out your original pitch through to snagging I’ve always felt as though I had the full support from the whole team your end irrespective of the task in hand. I enjoyed the design process and the challenge to our thoughts, which the London furniture tour helped a great deal with, and I think we have ended up with a good balance of functional and creative space.
When the initial quotes came through you met our cost reduction demands without compromising on furniture quality or feel and you fully understood our position and took it away and acted swiftly.
Throughout the whole project I always felt relaxed and confident in what you were doing. Anything in addition or we didn’t understand you found us a solution – you took ownership. Whenever we challenged on quality or finish issues you resolved them without hesitation. Overall we felt a valued customer.
