What’s the story?

When Teads TV decided to move after  acquiring a competitor to this new two floor space TSI Workspace as part of the OWD Team pitched and won this fascinating project. The Client via the Managing Director and Design Director had a very clear vision which we not only achieved but exceeded in many areas to create this stunning space.

A key component of this Project was the Client providing the correct technology and permission for their staff to use all of the space to its full. This is something not often seen post completion of a Project.

What we delivered

After over 40 visits to showrooms in Central London and the Client feeding ideas into the weekly meetings from their own experiences and trips around the world a ‘RAW’ finish was selected for the metalwork to the benching to enhance and achieve the urban design superbly created by the OWD Design Team.

Mixed in with an eclectic mix of classic, new and existing furniture the result is one of flexible, agile and a cohesive space that allows all functions of the business be that sales, finance or management to co-exist and thrive. The floors are all knitted together with a superb bespoke steel staircase and cladding expertly designed and installed by OWD.

This was definitely one of our favourite projects and the Client was so impressed that they took us all out for a swanky meal to celebrate.
