In a world of people and companies trying to differentiate themselves by being ‘disrupters’ or ‘different’ to gain an advantage over the competition Jonny Ive from Apple makes a great point. You could say Apple managed to be both ‘different’ and ‘better’.

In the world of the Office Furniture Dealer when you are selling products designed and manufactured by others it is notoriously difficult to be ‘different’.

At TSI Workspace we have concentrated on the path of being ‘better’ rather than being ‘different’. It is not something you can sell as a USP or service as we should all be the best we possibly can be but feedback from our Clients striving to be ‘better’ is certainly working.
