Established by the Scott family in 1996, TSI Workspace have been a market leader in creating efficient and innovative workplace solutions for a whole host of businesses and clients.
Over the last 20 years TSI Workspace have built solid relationships with many of the well-known brands and companies within the industry, this has not only strengthening our knowledge on the products on offer, but has also kept us ahead of the game with the newest practices and concepts. For example, TSI Workspace worked on the world’s first outstanding BREEAM fit-out at Broadgate Estates new office, known as ‘The Hub’.

HOW IT WORKS
Working with TSI Workspace usually encompasses the following stages…
Client Brief and Space Planning
After an initial meeting with the Client TSI take a project brief and the Clients perception of a successful outcome. Our design team then start working on an initial space plan. Â
Design and Cost Proposal
Once the initial space plan is agreed work begins on producing a cost proposal, this includes suggested products and ideas to suit the Project and the Clients initial brief.Â
Show Room Tours
At TSI our experience working in Office Interiors tells us that Projects that have the most successful outcome are where the Clients / their design team have committed a small amount of time visiting the Manufacture’s furniture showrooms.
Design Development and Procurement
Viewing the products selected in the Manufacturers showrooms and any new ideas seen on the day allows us to successfully develop the design and cost to facilitate order placement by the client.
Installation
Working with the Client and the Fit-Out Team, a delivery and installation programme is agreed. Our ‘white glove’ installation team ensure that everything goes smoothly. On larger installations a Director or Project Manager will be on site to oversee the installation.
Aftercare
Once the installation is complete we are always available to assist with any queries, warranty service issues or order top-ups the client may require.Â
