The Crane Building Owned by Dorrington Plc, Designed and Specified by Piercy & Co Architects and Built by our friends and long term Construction Partners Open Contracts this Plug and Play scheme was let before the project was even completed.
After completing the Supply and Installation of the FF&E on the Ground Floor of this prime West End address for Sir Richard Sutton we had the pleasure of working again with Shaw Studios on the specification and Overbury on the construction on the 5th Floor.
The project was as you can see completed to a fantastic finish, on budget, on time and snag free.
Designed by Jess Hillam from the Architects Buckley Gray Yeoman this space was designed specifically for Shaftesbury Plc with the heads of their Retail, Commercial and Residential Teams all having huge input to achieve this outcome.
We completed a furniture package for the iconic 94 year old publishing company Faber & Faber in the stunning 1930’s Art Deco Building more recently known as the Bindery.
A mix of commercial and residential furniture and accessories were used to complete this Project demonstrating the flexible and can do attitude of TSI Workspace to provide a complete solution for our clients.
Temple Chambers provides the opportunity to occupy affordable offices in a building full of character, offering exceptional plug & play space in a prime central London location.
We completed the full FF&E package across 5 floors here including everything from the cups and cutlery to the ping pong table, workstations, communal area furniture and all of the wall hung art. Collaborating again with the Contractor Open Contracts and the Architect Silver & Co a delicious smorgasbord of office space was created.
We completed the Office Furniture package in a number of the suites in the building with a mixture of re-using existing and providing new furniture and dressing accessories enhancing our commitment to re-using products wherever possible.
The Building was in need of some TLC and the Architects DMFK have reimagined this Flex Office space to provide exceptional Plug and Play space for hundreds of different companies.
Some of the super furniture installed here comes from Manufacturers including Icons of Denmark, Gubi, & Tradition, Modus, Hay, Senator, e15, and many, many more.
Using delightful finishes and re-using a fair amount of the existing furniture already in the space and working with the Architects Silver & Co we procured and installed everything from the communal breakout areas to the wall hangings and rooftop terrace space.
Repurposed from a 1930s warehouse the Clove Building is located in Butlers Wharf, a fashionable district of the South Bank, adjacent to the River Thames and close to Tower Bridge. TSI Workspace completed the furniture packages for two floors here resulting in a cool, calm space for forward thinking companies.
Situated directly adjacent to the most famous Department Store in the World, Harrods, this one really is about location, location, location. Re-using our Clients existing furniture stock from their Flex Office portfolio working with the Building Management we were able to provide and assist with the dressing items to turn this suite and communal areas into a stunning and desirable place to work.

Designed by renowned Architects Piercy & Co with the use of natural finishes paired with complementary fabrics procured from a mix of the most forward thinking office furniture manufacturers.
We worked as part of the Client/Project Team with one of the Leading Investment and Development companies’ first London co-working space. A pure industrial look with the fit out complementing the choice of furniture. Functional flexible furniture within private offices with luxurious co-working and Meeting Room piece.
Working with the Clients Interior Design & Directors of the Company we after a number of showroom visits and meetings provided a scheme that truly encompasses the ethos of the Founders of the Company – minimal, spotlessly clean and tidy whilst supporting the latest use of technology.
From the Herman Miller Setu chairs in the Meeting Room to the bespoke Fenix 2800mm Agile Working Table the whole project exudes quality whilst keeping a keen eye on the budget. Using our extensive experience we provided a mix of Senator Freeway bench desks with the gorgeous Pailo padded screens complemented by the Orangebox Eva chairs.
The original brief from the Client was based on the project completed in their very large and beautifully fitted out Paris Office. Unfortunately, we did not have the budget to match the Paris office so set about bringing through the corporate branding identity of Wavestone whilst bringing in some splashes of colour and identity to create a uniqueness for the London Office.
The main office area allowed for laptop users to work freely in all areas with the use of the Pixel Tuf desktop power units, working beautifully in tandem with Senator Benching and the brand new Eva Chair by Orangebox.
We created a bespoke high table with seating for 12 people along with lockers, tea point furniture and meeting rooms to suit 24 users. As with many projects in this decade the use of cloud based technology allowed for just two storage units.
After over 40 visits to showrooms in Central London and the Client feeding ideas into the weekly meetings from their own experiences and trips around the world a ‘RAW’ finish was selected for the metalwork to the benching to enhance and achieve the urban design superbly created by the OWD Design Team.
Mixed in with an eclectic mix of classic, new and existing furniture the result is one of flexible, agile and a cohesive space that allows all functions of the business be that sales, finance or management to co-exist and thrive. The floors are all knitted together with a superb bespoke steel staircase and cladding expertly designed and installed by OWD.
Working closely with the Project Designer and completing two days of showroom visits the scheme hinged on the ability to provide innovative furniture products alongside some design classic. The Client said they wanted to freshen things up and that is what they did – opting for the superb Coza Task chair alongside key pieces from Allermiur, Frovi, Modus, Orangebox and Vitra.
